The Lister Presbyterian HealthTrust exists for carrying out such purposes as are for the time being charitable within the law of Aotearoa New Zealand.
Its primary focus is on supporting, maintaining, assisting, fostering and promoting the advancement of the physical or mental health or spiritual welfare of people residing in the Trust’s sphere of operation.
The Trust’s sphere of operation is the North Shore and Rodney areas of Auckland.
The affairs of the Trust are overseen by between five and nine appointed Trustees who are selected for their relevant knowledge and connections to the North Shore and Rodney areas of Auckland. The Trustees are assisted by a Trust Secretary.
The Trust makes discretionary grants to charitable organisations and individuals within the conditions and criteria set by the Trustees and the funds available for distribution.
